• No Direct Charges: Core business services are provided without direct subscription fees or upfront payments, as governed by specific partnership agreements.
• Partnership Model: Founders engaging with GrowIndia Ventures acknowledge the partnership-based model and agree to the terms outlined in their specific onboarding agreement.
• Scope: Services are scoped and agreed upon during the onboarding process. GrowIndia Ventures reserves the right to decline service requests outside agreed scope.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice, subject to completion of any critical ongoing deliverables.
